The Foundation is governed by a volunteer board. The directors were elected at the first annual general meeting in March 2021 and agreed to serve terms of one, two and three years to allow for staggered terms going forward.
Three directors were re-elected at the 2022 Annual General Meeting: Victor Surjik, Trevor Plews and Dick DeRyk. Each will serve a two-year term. The resignation of Rob McDill, who served on the since it's inception, was received and accepted with regret.
